Winds will shift to the south tonight and then west on Wednesday, and continue at 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 45 mph. * WHERE...All of southern Illinois, southwest Indiana, western Kentucky, and southeast Missouri. * WHEN...Until 6 PM CST /7 PM EST/ Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
