For the Wind Advisory, south winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 45 mph expected. * WHERE...Lee, Russell, Washington VA, and Wise Counties. * WHEN...For the High Wind Warning, from 4 PM this afternoon to 4 AM EST Wednesday. For the Wind Advisory, from 4 AM to 4 PM EST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
