I keep away from rivers and bridges, I reach a high point or I take shelter upstairs. I do not drive on a flooded road, even if it is only partially so. I avoid traveling and I keep myself informed of the weather conditions. I check the rising waters. I don`t go into basements. I keep my goods out of the water and I locate my emergency kit.
