For the Extreme Cold Warning, from midnight tonight to noon CST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Wind chills this cold can cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 to 20 minutes. Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The coldest wind chills will occur early Tuesday morning.
